BAADER 212

Heading, gutting and roe recovery

Heading by the BAADER 212 is performed through a V-Cut which saves as much meat as possible.  The guts remain intact for subsequent roe extraction.

 

Fish species:

Alaska Pollack, Cod, Hoki, Whiting and similar fish

 

Working range depending on species:

Alaska Pollack 35 - 55 cm; 400 - 1500 g

Cod 27 - 45 cm; 500 - 1000g

Throughput rate: approx. 150 fish/min

Customer Benefits:

• Heading is performed through a V-head cut 

• Straight head cut is also possible

• Only few moving parts and no electronics

• Roe recovery or roe extraction is possible
